The challenge

Nura Health’s onboarding flow was losing over 40% of new users before they reached the first meaningful action. The interface felt clinical and distant — the opposite of what a health product should communicate. The brief was to redesign the onboarding system and the core dashboard from the ground up grounded in trust and simplicity.

What I did

I started with a full audit of the existing flow mapped against the points where users disengaged. The redesign introduced a calmer visual language — soft radius, generous whitespace, and a single-focus layout per step. Each screen was structured around one decision, not three. The result was a 38% improvement in onboarding completion within the first month of launch.
